I believe in play.

I believe in the seasons. There are seasons of growth, seasons of sadness, seasons of quiet, seasons of bountiful joy and harvest. Friendships have seasons. Careers have seasons. Selves have seasons.
I believe in sleeping in.
I believe in food that makes "mmmmmmmm" escape my lips.
I believe in the importance of friendship.
I believe in laughter and in serious thought.
I believe in interpretting words and actions charitably.
I believe there are many lives worth living.
I believe in focusing on what you want to see more of in the world. Joke about the outcomes you want to see in the world.
I believe the meaning of life is to love and to be loved.
